These terms apply to any offer, discount, coupon, code, sale, percent off, monetary value off, clearance, buy 1 get 1 (collectively called "Offers") that may be presented to the website visitor or customer (called "You") at the time of purchase/checkout by Rana's by Kshitija or Belles Couture LLP (called "RBK").
Offer Availability
These Offers may or may not be available to You due to region, location, validity, cart value, line products, other offers, or any other reason that may be applicable at the moment.
Offer Changes
These Offers are based on the decisions of the Management of RBK, and RBK may decide to extend, continue, close, shut, withdraw, or deny any offer to You and/or other visitors without informing You before any such decision is made.
Important Notice
Any Offers, including but not limited to Discount Codes offered, shall not be applicable and available for use on already discounted items or Sale items.
Final Sale During Offers
If You have purchased any product from RBK during these Offers, the sale will be considered full and final, and You will not be allowed to return or exchange the product(s).
Price Changes During Purchase
If You are in the process of purchasing a product from RBK when the Offer was changed, You have the option to discontinue the purchase or purchase at the changed values if the value of products in Your cart changes.
Post-Purchase Adjustments
If You have made a purchase from RBK without realizing that the Offer You wanted to avail was discontinued or changed, You can inform RBK within 24 hours of your purchase, and RBK may try to accommodate Your order in the Offer. However, it is entirely up to RBK to apply the Offer to Your purchase.
Refund for Changed Offers
You can ask for a refund within 12 hours of your purchase if the Offer has changed while you were making the purchase.
Terms Updates
These Terms are subject to change without informing You. By making a purchase at RBK, You agree to accept these terms and conditions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Jaipur shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
