Important Notes on Product Variations
We strive to ensure perfect delivery of our customers' orders, but certain variations might occur:
Color Variations
Colors might appear brighter in images than in reality, especially for products made of pure fabrics.
Texture Variations
The fabric's texture may feel different physically compared to its visual appearance.
Design Variations
For bandhani or tie-dye products, the bandhej design may vary slightly from the image. Each piece is handcrafted and unique. Please see our disclaimer before making a purchase.
Embellishments
In all hand-embroidery work, sequins, gota patti, kundan, zardozi, and stones may come off slightly, which is unavoidable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If a product is received in a damaged condition, has a defect, or if the wrong product has been delivered:
- 1Contact us within 24 hours. We will check and respond as soon as possible.
- 2Do not return any product without confirmation from Rana's by Kshitija, as we do not guarantee a refund or replacement otherwise.
- 3Retain all packaging materials and the invoice of the parcel.
- 4Provide complete details as modifications/alterations will be based on this information.
- 5Check the contents of the parcel. If the packaging appears tampered, accept delivery only after mentioning a remark on the proof of delivery.
Wrong Product Delivered
If the wrong product has been delivered, we will replace it with the original or issue a refund once the returned goods are received in their original condition. We are not liable for replacements or refunds for damaged returns.
Returns Process
- Safe delivery of returned goods is the customer's responsibility.
- If returned goods are found to be damaged by the customer, necessary alterations will be made at the customer's expense. The cost of resending will also be borne by the customer.
- Upon receiving returned goods, we will check for defects as mentioned by the customer and take immediate action to resolve the issues.
Error Resolution
In case of errors from Rana's by Kshitija, the product will be altered if possible or replaced. If unavailable, the customer can choose a different product of the same price.
We will bear the delivery cost and all charges for alterations/modifications due to our mistakes.
Customized/Made-to-Order Products
Important: Sales are Final
For customized/made-to-order products, sales are final. Alterations will be made based on the sizes submitted by the customer. Major alterations will be done at the customer's cost with approval.
International Orders
All shipping charges for deliveries/returns outside India are to be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy
If an order cannot be delivered due to unavailability or other reasons, we will issue a refund. No other refunds will be made.
Stitching Orders
All stitching orders will be executed as per the details submitted by the customer. In case of fitting issues, alterations will be made. The cost of return and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
